La Bonne Soupe’s Famous Vinaigrette.

This dressing rocked my world twice:

The first time I tried it and became instantly addicted, and when I found out their secret ingredient was CHICKEN BROTH. So I decided to make it at home so I could enjoy a vegetarian version! Little did I know, hundreds of thousands of people were also looking for this recipe at home! :)

Ingredients

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1 Shallot or 1/4 Red Onion, Minced

1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar

2 tsp Good Dijon Mustard

1.5 tbs Broth (I use vegetable, the restaurant uses chicken)

3/4 Cup Vegetable or Avocado Oil (not olive oil)

Method.

Step 1.

Combine all ingredients, excluding your oil, to a bowl or food processor.

Step 2.

Begin to whisk or blend and slowly drizzle in your oil until everything is fully incorporated. Once finished it should be magically nice and creamy!

Step 3.

Serve on a salad, or pour onto a plate dunk bread into it like you’re at the real restaurant!
