3 Ingredient Honey “Roasted” Almonds

These almonds are a show stopper on a cheese board or topped on a salad. With only 3 ingredients and no oven required, they’re easy enough to make on a moments notice! Be sure to make extras and keep them in the fridge until serving so they keep their crunchy bite!

Ingredients.

1 Cup Raw Almonds

2 Tbs Organic Honey

Flaky Salt (I like Maldon salt)

 

Method.

Step 1.

Place honey in a cold pan. Turn on the heat to medium and allow the honey to heat up and loosen.

Step 2.

Once the honey begins to bubble, drop in your almonds. Toss almonds in the honey, ensuring that they are all fully coated. Continue to sauté for about 3 minutes until all almonds are fully coated and have deepened in color.

Step 3.

Transfer honey coated almonds onto a parchment lined dish. Sprinkle with flaky salt, ensuring that each almond has salt on it.

Step 4.

Pop these in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

Step 5.

Enjoy! These are an amazing snack, a showstopper on a cheese board, and absolutely delicious on a salad, like this kale and apple salad!
